Come learn about the instincts, training, needs and abilities of working herding dogs. Learn the basic concepts and see those concepts in action, understand the ways in which dogs and handlers are partners in getting the job done.

Learn how the dogs communicate with the sheep and goats, balancing finesse and power to make livestock handling safe, steady, and low stress.

Each session will cover the same material but will also be unique based on the work the sheep present and the questions from participants.

All sessions are from 9am to 10:30am. Cost is $25 per individual and $50 for families of 3 or more.

*This program is kid friendly for sure, but there will be extended periods of discussion and explanations of concepts mixed in with the dogs working.
