Motions Filed with Superior Court
On December 30th we filed two motions with the Superior Court. These motions effectively represent our request for an appeal of the arbitration ruling from the fall of 2025. We have no idea when the court will schedule a review of our motions or a ruling on them. Until then we have been advised to continue stewarding the property and taking care of our animals and farm the best we can. This process with the court could take months; in the meantime we are working hard to plot a course forward with our lives, the farm business, and a “plan b” should our appeal effort fall short.
