Grass Fed Lamb

Lamb

We sell lamb by the whole and half. We hope to have our lambs reach 100 lbs. before we send them off to processing. Lambs are priced by carcass weight as well. A 100 lb. lamb will have about a 50 lb. hanging weight. Lamb is priced at $5.50 / lb. A whole lamb will generally be in the range of $250, $125 for a half. Your lamb will come back in an assortment of cuts including burger, stew meat, chops, ribs, shoulder steaks, shoulder roast and leg roasts.

Our lambs are born and raised here on the farm. They stay with their mothers for about 8 to 10 weeks, we graze them as a separate group after that and will keep them here generally until mid November.
